Shipping Delivery
While we are trying our best to deliver the items as soon as the orders has been placed via the website. The usual delivery times in west Malaysia will be in between 3-5 working days, meanwhile east Malaysia will take up to 5-7 working days. However, please do expect delay in the delivery times up to 10 working days due to current pandemic situation.

Shipping Cost
Like many others, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer upon check out of the order. Customers are expected to be responsible to give the correct delivery address and choose the right shipping option for either west or east Malaysia as the delivery charges are differ from one to another.

Shipping Methods
We only use J&T Express courier as our default courier service and customer needs to inform us via any communication methods i.e. remarks column in the checkout, instagram, twitter links provided or any if there's any specific courier preference which is subject to our consideration and approval.

Shipping Tracking ID
Customer will be provided with the tracking id of the order via the system updates within 2-3 working days.
