Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Processes

Upon receiving the item, you must include the video of unboxing and pictures of defect (returns is only for defect which almost 80%) of the items purchased and communicate via any communication (i.e. whatsapp) with us.

For purchasings under value of RM180, you are required to return the original packagings and items to us using J&T Express only. Please do inform J&T Express courier to put under receiver payment and it will be absorbed by us.

If we took more than twenty (20) working days due the scarcity of the items to be replaced, we will only refund the additional cost of the item and not the whole basic box of RM50 value.

Without the video and picture of proof, we will not accept the refund request. However, we will consider to refund two (2) important items only with new one for this particular case

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or any original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Free gifts are not eligible for refund.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if using other than J&T Express courier (Items under RM 180 value). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
